Dr. Stefan Hepp, CEO & Founder

Dr. Stefan Hepp is Chief Executive Officer and founder of SCM. Previously, he was with Salomon Brothers and Morgan Stanley in London and Zurich for several years, most recently as a member of the executive board of Morgan Stanley Switzerland where he was responsible for institutional clients. Dr. Hepp studied at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of St. Gallen (HSG) where he also earned his doctoral degree. Additionally, he holds a master’s degree from the University of Birmingham and an MBA from the Chicago Graduate School of Business. He serves as a consultant to major pension funds as well as the World Bank and is a member of the examination board of the Schweizer Fachschule für Personalvorsorge, an institution that offers the Swiss diploma for pension fund managers.
